At Adverts.ai, Ltd, we aim to deliver high-quality digital ads on our digital bikes that meet our clients’ expectations.

We offer a 30-day full refund policy under the following conditions:

• You are eligible for a full refund if you fail to deliver the correct or agreed video ad within 30 days of your order date.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support team at hello@adverts.ai within the 30-day period.

Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

This policy does not cover change-of-mind cancellations or creative preference differences once the correct ad has been delivered to us
